Grace & Glory Lutheran Church

Leadership Team Mission:

"The wise man looks ahead." Proverbs 14:8 LB summarizes one of the two principal missions of the Leadership Team. Planning and
executing those plans to guide the congregational efforts to "Spread the Good News" to the people of Fluvanna County and support
the ELCA through benevolence giving and strengthening the faith of our members. The other important mission is to LEAD by
presenting the members of Grace and Glory with the challenges and providing the way for them to participate in growing this
church and achieving its goals.

The voting membership of the Leadership Team shall consist of the Pastor, Leadership Team President, the Treasurer,
the Chairs of Evangelism, Worship, Stewardship and Administrative Committees.
